Rates

Monthly Service Schedule

$270 per month

Includes 3 hours of services per month

Quarterly Service Schedule

$400 per quarter

Includes 4 hours of services every 3 months

Annual Service Schedule

$2200 for the year

Includes 20 hours of services (divided across 4-5 visits throughout the year or on call appointment as needed) There is a maximum of 5 hours per visit.

Custom Service Schedule

$125/hour

5 hours of services maximum per visit. Call for details.

Offered Services

Basic home upkeep, safety checks, small repairs, and errand-style help, seasonal tasks like filter changes, gutter checks, furniture adjustments, season decoration tasks, changing light bulbs, minor painting, or safety updates.
